I have made a few posts here in the past, trying to give advice and input, as well as to get some in my own projects. I am a personal trainer who is actively studying and researching into hormone function, balance, and their implications for the diabetic populace, and in general. I have assembled an article speaking on the functions of these hormones as a diabetic (especially type two) should be concerned, and how nutrition/diet and exercise effect these hormones and therefore overall health, weight, symptoms, and the status of the disease itself. I have published it, but would like to get some input from the diabetic community or ease of reading, if anything seems wrong, if there is anything you feel I should add, and so on. I wasn't sure exactly where best to post something like this so thought I would start here and see if anyone would like to take a look at the article.
Please let me know and I'd be happy to send it along, just please give what feedback you can!
