most days I feel that if I have a breakfast then I dont feel hungry for lunch and vice versa, ist it ok to skip one or the other?

Hi,

You are on metformin and Gliclazide, according to your profile.
So I think you probably need advice from someone with experience of those meds - because I know that glic lowers BG.
