Needing advice and support

I am type 2 diabetic and it’s apparent - to me - that it’s not well managed.

I’m on lots of Metformin and also sitagliptin.

I’m too exhausted (lots of health problems) to go in to details right now, but where on this forum is a good place to get informed advice and support?

Welcome back.

You could start by reading the information in my signature. It is mainly advice for new members , but no harm in having a recap.

To get specific, informed advice, it would be best if you asked some specific questions. That would enable members to have a better understanding of your concerns and provide info based on their own experiences.
