Hi, I will be put onto needles some time this year,my question to members is,i have been told by members that there are very thin needles as fine as a hair, but I was also told that if I am over weight, that a not so fine needle will have to be used, what is the answer to my question, can any one help with this please, thanks sue.
A lot of members use the 4mm Micro-Fine needles which work very well , but I'm almost certain weight doesn't have much to do with things as skin thickness is much the same no matter what size you are, but if the 4mm doesn't work for you there's also the Micro-Fine needles in a 6mm & 8mm needle length to choose from.
I agree with Noblehead. I think the short 4mm needles do have a slightly thinner gauge which would bend for a longer needle. I use 4mm. Skin and fat thickness will determine the best length.
