Neuropathy - Recommendations...

Feeling frustrated with neuropathy. I take a total of around 1200mg gabapentin daily (I've also tried capsaicin cream with no luck) went through a period where it was ok and I'd get a decent night, but recently it's been quite bad keeping me up all night, leaving me to catch up on sleep throughout the day. Any solutions much appreciated.

Alpha lipiolic acid capsules have helped me ,they have been mentioned a few times on the forum if you do a search see if they may help you
