That is really all you can do, eat the best simple natural food you can afford.
 
What I meant was that the Qrisk score doesn't make much difference. Most of the factors you can't alter and the rest you probably knew were risks anyway.

Ah ok.. indeed won't have any impact on what I'd do anyway.

I thought about it. But then if it were bad, I'd want to eat a better diet to improve it, but if it were good I'd want to eat a better diet to keep it that way. So I've saved myself the money.
