Hey welcome Frankie and if you read around the forum you will learn a lot. The thing in here is we have all walked the walk so its all the lived experience of diabetics! I chose to manage my D with a low carb diet rather than any medication. Btw you say you are Type 2 but your label under your avator says Type 1 so it would be best to change that. Good luck and ask any questions by starting a thread.
