I was at the Hospital just before xmas & because they are actually seeing a marked improvement in my control ( HB1AC Down to 8.3 ) The doctor asked me if I would take part in another trial but it would involve taking another daily injection taking me upto 5 daily of which I'm unsure about , apparently this drug targets the cells producing insulin giving better control results + it also makes you lose weight , I'm on high doses of Testosterone as I don't produce the hormone this makes me gain weight especially around the stomach , I said that I would give it a try as I've nothing to lose , so special bloodtests have been done to see if I'll be compatible ( fasting levels / peptide levels also ) just wondered if anyone else had heard of this type of treatment .
