Simple as can be :

Tear up a few peppers , Jamie Oliver style and get them in a bowl with lots and lots of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt

Then into air fryer for fifteen minutes at one seventy five. Allow to cool slowly in the oven

Add a few capfuls of white vinegar and mix

Eat warm or keep them in the fridge. A lump of left over meat/ cheese/egg with this and you get a low carb meal

I kind of got this recipe from the list of ingredients on a jar I bought from Asda. - the jars are useful and delicious Great when travelling but it turns out it’s pretty easy to make at home and a lot less expensive

that looks awesome :) would be so tempted to add a little cracked salt pepper wee bit of chilli flakes with garlic and tiny bit of chinese 5 spice mix to that with a touch of onion instead of the tomatoes (used to love salt and pepper chips got at the chinese, havent got anything from there since diagnosed) :)

edit: removed typo.

Thanks @OrsonKartt , that's dinner sorted for today, theres a bell pepper on my counter that needs to be eaten! :)
I have also put your recipe in my Copy Me That account for later use.

edit: I'm thinking that adding cubes of feta cheese before frying would work very well too. No feta in the house though so I won't know today.

IMG_1764951191.333164.jpg the stuff in the jar also contains capers and I have to say it’s very tasty for something that’s on a supermarket shelf and doesn’t as far as I can see contain anything yucky.

There’s always a lot of oil left over which I keep .
