New flexpen

Having trouble pressing dose button in on flexpen so is this normal or do I have a bad batch ?
 
Personally I find flexpen rather loose and rattlesome, if you then factor in a tremor it becomes somewhat of a problem.

Just back from pharmacy and was told its supposed to be like that ,really when even my hubby couldnt depress it easily !!
