Also I have cut down on carbs, which is a little bit of a problem if I'm not careful.  I think I must have lost a little weight which must be a good thing. Going back to the doctor next week to see if I can get some good results after dealing with this mini meal regime for the last five or six weeks.</p></blockquote><p></p>
