FOOTBALL. MY husband is a sports fanatic and watches everything. Most i can put up with just not football.
Just wondering, has anybody out there developed anything else since being a diabetic? Psoriasis is something i seemed to have developed below the knees only and i have always had dry skin but this is a whole other level. It doesn't help much being winter either. The skin just below my eyes have seemed to pucker in all tight. I look 10-15 years older than i actually am. what about you?

Hi there,
for me it was the other way around - diabetes came as the icing on the cake
I'd had PsoriasisArtrithis (no signs on the outside though) for a couple of years before I got diabetes. It did get a whole lot more aggressive at about the same time I got D. I've also had some bad thyroid-functioning on and off for about 15 years, never bad enough to need to take drugs for it though.
Endo says it's unrelated but I can't help wondering since they're all auto-immune conditions.
