New Hello!!! :)

Hi, I'm new to this forum but not new to diabetes.....I was diagnosed when i was seven (25years ago). Type 1 and been on insulin injections untill next week when i get an insulin pump (accu-check combo).........really excited but a little aprehensive too, not sure wether i like the idea of being attached to something all the time, i'm sure i will get used to it, its just going to be a shock to my system not having to inject all the time....bit like a habit i suppose when you have had diabetes so long.

I have a 19 month old daughter, pregnancy and diabetes together was challenging i found but worth it at the end

Hope i can meet some people on here as i dont really have any friends who have diabetes, just one but shes in Aussie land.

Hi Kelly and welcome to the forum
You will find lots of information from members who have pumps on the Insulin Pump Forum. They are nearly all delighted with them and wouldn't give them up. Good luck and hope all goes well.
