Hi I'm Paul I'm 23, I've had Type 1 Diabetes for 11 years, I live in the UK and enjoy keeping fit, I use Novarapid 3 times a day and Lantus once a day. I joined here just because I saw it on Facebook, I'd quite like to speak to people around my age about Diabetes and stuff

Hello, unfortunately more in the probably old enough to be your mother category but welcome anyway! There are several younger people on here with Type 1; I'm sure you will get to meet them in due course!
