I yesterday started on novo rapid 3 x and levemir once a day. Was told start first on small units. Is that normal? I have noticed my levels are very high. Can it take a few days to see an improvement or should it have changed right away. I only started levemir last night so am I correct in saying i would not have background cover insulin throughout day yesterday.
