I’ve had T1 D for 34 yrs and been on many different insulin’s but I’ve been changed from Lantus to Tresiba flextouch , while I love the flextouch pen I’ve now been on it around 6 months and it’s supposed stop the hypos which it has to a certain extent but does anyone else experience different signs of LBS on it than they used to? Before I would get moody and shake but now I get light headed so much so if I’m walking I feel like I’m walking to one side and as soon as I have a few jelly babies ( which I hate but they’re so quick) I feel much better as my levels go back up. Sometimes there’s no warning at all now and wonder why they’ve changed. If anyone else experiences this please let me know and how they might deal with it sooner?

I also was put on tresiba instead of lantus.i always have my basal at 9pm but find with tresiba that my sugars run constantly high throughout the night but then suddenly drop around 5am so waking with normal sugar levels but high during night. Any advice for this on what i can try?
