I afraid I'm not sure what you are going on about, it appears in your world nothing weights anymore than anything else!

In English, most would understand when someone says that an item is heavier than another item, muscle is heavier than fat.

I think you just need to go back and read what was said.

Cholesterol 3.5
HDL 1.0
Trylyceride 1.7
Calc LDL 1.7

Weight 92.7kg (14.6 stone)
BMI 25.9

Its going in the right direction - Still No Meds, diet & exercise

Weight hasn't declined too much, but body shape has changed dramatically, i've lost inches well at least 3 off of my waist and now comfortably fit 34" trousers something i've not done for years, in fact in 2 years i've gone from 18.5 stone 44" waist to 14.6 stone 34" waist.

Been around but not a prolific poster, my December 15 and April 16 results make interesting reading, BG still down albeit slower, Cholesterol is up slightly, i put this down to the LCHF regime.

15 Dec 15 HbA1c 53 mmol Cholesterol 4.6 HDL 0.9 Trylyceride 1.9 Calc LDL 2.8
07 APR 16HbA1c 52 mmol Cholesterol 5.5 HDL 0.9 Trylyceride 2.5 Calc LDL 3.5


Still no meds, just diet and exercise

Weight has levelled off around 14st2 - 14st8, just can't seem to break the 14st barrier at the moment, but not unhappy with progress, as they say its a marathon not a sprint.
