Hi @WBFL , welcome to the forum.
Considering your husband is in remission without the need for medication, it sounds like you do the meal planning quite well.
Do you have any specific questions we can help you with?
My question is that he is still losing weight and I feel I am starving him by reducing his carbs down too much; ibs there a guideline? I know everyone is different and some foods cause a spike with some and not others.Hi @WBFL , welcome to the forum.

If you reduce one food group (carbs) you'll have to increase another (fats/protein) or you'll be inadvertently on a low calorie diet.My question is that he is still losing weight and I feel I am starving him by reducing his carbs down too much
