I'm Egyptian and I found your forum very useful to me, we do not have such a specialized forum in Egypt. I wish I will get better through communication with all the members, I am facing serious troubles for the last 2 years with my fluctuating BG and frequent hypoglycemia specially during bed time, my last HBA1C was 9.7 - my dose is 27 units (Novorapid) and 15 units (Lantos), I uselessly tried everything to control my BG but no progress at all , I forgot to tell you I am type 1 since I was 7 years old, now I'm 44 and I think it's time to use a pump.
