New oral antidiabetic Lprialo-Fo1

Bob.
There is no Law.....it is tradition and custom where I come from, the UK, West Mids, many other people use it too. It is clear in my link from a Kent School and what Sue has posted that it ends at 12 noon. What the American's do is a matter for them........

I think you are digging a hole...... Shall we call it a draw........

Until the latter part of the 18th century, time was normally determined in each town by reference to a local sundial.
local times for London, Birmingham, Bristol and Manchester, could differ by as much as 16 to 20 minutes

Reckon my sundial was out tad then

Are we to take it you are still looking for a 'get out' clause then Bob..........

"Here is a round-up of some of the day's seemingly hoax reports which are, in fact, true".

I read an announcement on another forum this morning that Frank Bruno is going to box again, I still don't know if its true and I'm afraid to ask

The one I really did enjoy was the guy who posted that:

"My cardiologist prescribed me one of these this morning so I can enjoy a fried breakfast without all the grease and fat"
