Spicy food which is too hot. Nasty people who have no idea on your life journey but feel the need to comment and be cruel.
Feeling very happy.

Hba1c now 42 (((( phew))))

However annual Cholesterol 10.6 so up Trig 1.6 Can't make out other numbers.

No one has rang me yet.

Apart from me not wanting Statins pleased.

Any advice would be grand. Thanks

Well done filly.I have been on statins for a while now and i feel fine.

I am on statins and am fine love triglycerides are ok but that cholesterol is high im on statins at 7.8 cholesterol and 5.6 glycerides x
 
Hba1c back and 41. Very pleased

Cholesterol high but all numbers not bad. Not on statins....
 
Excellent results, @filly - well done! We have to prioritise, and IMO it's much more important to get the BG safe than to fret about cholesterol figures which may or may not be important depending on the research we have available to read.
