Anyone on the new lower dose of RYBELSUS 9mg . I have been on the 9mg dose for 25 days no weight loss. Am blood sugar lower, looking and feeling a little better.
 
There’s a previous short thread about the new formulation tablets. I have since changed back to an injectable GLP 1 med for other reasons.

I just learnt from a friend that Rybelsus tablets’ formulation is changing, resulting in smaller packets containing smaller tablets and apparently smaller doses, though the doses aren’t really as the bioavailability of the med is improved. Here’s a link to official info:

I'm not convinced that the new formulation is as effective as the old one was (in terms of blood sugar levels). I'm on the 4mg new dose. Having lost 3 1/2 stones since January 2025, I've found that for the last two months I have been losing and gaining the same two pounds. I'm not that concerned though as this is the lowest weight I've been for 50 years and my HbA1c is 33.
