new ryvitas

Speaking as I find, I'd never really eaten Ryvitas until diagnosed T2, so I was quite surprised by how well they'd been developed - not cardboardy at all. I've tried most of the types and I've enjoyed all of them, although dark rye and Mediterranean herb are my favourites.

A couple, with some cheese, celery and tomatoes does me for breakfast or tea and hasn't caused any spikes in my BG.

I bought some today ,they taste ok ,not of carboard as some have suggested ,ideal for spreads or salad type food
