I work in a pharmacy and have a patient who is allergic to needles, therefore the SQ pen is wonderful for her, when it works. She has had several pens now, all of which have broken and we are awaiting the arrival of the new and improved pen. On the web it can be seen but once you go into the instruction booklet, the instructions for use are for the old pens! as yet there is no release date for the new pens so, in the meantime this poor girl is contantly in and out of hospital. All we need is a date when the new pens will be ready.. Any Ideas please?? Is there an alternative? ANY information would be helpfull. :!: :? :x
