It’s lovely, especially with some berries on it. Not too many. Tesco do a good range of frozen ones tooHi all, after a recommendation on here to try almond milk I am now supping it in my coffee. Colour of coffee looks a little odd but taste is good and I think I can get used to it and It’s on offer in Sainsburys fridge section for £1 at the moment (the long life version is £1.70). Also, how yummy is full fat Greek yoghurt?
Try adding some fresh chopped mint and a squeeze of lemon to make a mint yoghurt dip to add to almost any dish. Also, how yummy is full fat Greek yoghurt?

I use Plenish unsweetened Almond milk which froths up really nicely in my nespresso milk frother to make a very acceptable cappucino with only a fraction of the carbs in a dairy based one

Squeeze very hard.. haven't you seen this? How do you get milk out of hazelnuts?
I never even thought about the carb content of milk until recently. I think because it’s a liquid, that there were no carbs in it, such naivety! I’m learning tho xI am - or was - a total milk addict. I drank two litres of skim milk a day before diagnosis. I adore the stuff. But now I buy unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Once your taste buds get used to it it's not too bad - and very nutritious too.
Ok, will give it a go in the blender, thanks xHi Elaine, you should be able to buy it in any supermarket.
Or make it yourself it's only nuts blended with water.
