Hi. I've been reading and enjoying your posts. I don't know that I have anything new to add, but thought I'd go ahead and join. I live in the States, but Ancestry says I'm 89% British, so there's that. I was diagnosed Type 2 August last year. I've been on Metformin 2 per day. I've been doing low carb high fat, and gotten my bg to "consistent with not being diabetic." Nice to be here.
