Hi everyone, I'm Jude and I have been Type 1 Diabetic for 6 years now.

Trying to really get on top of my diabetes so thought this was a good place to do that. Hope to connect with some Diabetics and learn from them.

I try to exercise 3-4 times a week (this tends to cause my Diabetes to act up) so if anyone has any help and tips on that it would be great

There's some great advice to be had here on the forum.
