New Trainers

    Hey all, heading out this afternoon to buy new trainers for the gym. What kinda things should I be looking for?

    I do a lot of exercise classes in a week - Les Mills BodyPump, BodyCombat and BodyAttack; Spinning, etc.

    I went to the shop above our gym - DW Sports. Got great help so tried loads and ended up going for a pair of Nike Air :) So much nicer now for working out. We gotta look after out feets ;) lol
