:D Hello i was wondering if glucose levels are affected by our menstrual cycles , my levels are always above 8 but this morning my glucose level was 6.1 before eating , after a good breakfast of 2 weetabix and an orange and my metformin , which i think is quite healthy . at 1 o'clock was feeling unwell sweating and shaking my glucose level was 4.1 . most women crave chocolate or sweet things whilst they have there monthly,s i wonder if there is a link to low sugar levels :?: can anyone answer this for me. still new at all of this (type 2)

Weetabix - ouch!
Orange - ouch!

I couldn't tolerate either of those, they would send my figures into orbit.

My figures rise slightly when it's TOTM. I just accept this and growl a bit. I don't crave chocolate, but there again I never did. I just want to eat more, so have to be mindful and stay away from the fridge, but I think I am used to it, and basically just ride through now.
