new v old meter variances?

Hey guys
I've had diabetes since it was 7 yo, now 26, so not exactly new to the game. I've just got my new VERIO One touch to replace my CARESENS N meter. I'm decided to compare results out of curiosity..My Caresens gave me a reading of 7mmol whereas the Verio says 8.9. I've had trouble with sitting a tad too high on hba1c so it kind of need to know which to trust! if anyone could help that'd be cool, cheers!
 
Difficult to say which one to trust. I use 3 different verio one touch meters and have tested all 3 at the same time and got different results. I recall reading somewhere there is a +/- 10 to 15 % inaccuracy with the one touch meter.
 
Cheers, yea can be frustrating especially as that's enough variance to be above the range I need to be! ah well, the experiment continues!
