you have to be proud of yourself ..there is no way a month ago you would have turned your back on a full indian takeaway ..this is a big stepI didn't have the curry. The takeaway place only did 3 veg dishes and they all contained potatos, plus the onion bhajis were made from garam flour. Instead I had some mini babybels.

Your grogginess is probably lasting a bit longer than most because of how high you,have been running and a few false starts with the reduced carbing, but those days seem to be getting behind you now. @AndBreathe My driving lesson went ok, just need to work on my braking. Plus the 7.8 was before my breakfast, after 2 hours it was 4.3.
