Took me a while to decide, but my New Year's resolution is that, from tommorow morning I'm going to climb up on to a chair with a dumbell strapped to each foot . Then I shall grab hold of the door lintle, hang there for 15 minutes, then increase the time and weight each week for the next 52 weeks with the hope that by the end of next year I'll have stretched myself taller by at least half, to one inch.

If I manage it, well, I'll be a happy weewillie.

Happy New year 2christine, and thank you for your very timely thread. :)

Have a good one everybody.

Don't drink too much now. :playful:

weewillie.

Relating to the thread topic - my new years resolution
is to get and be "more" active .

In the wintertime I always get sluggy in energy levels and am more reluctant
to be as active as I usually could and should be .

Yep - get more active "definetely" this will also help keep my
blood sugars lowered and more stable n consistent too .

So its all a step in the right direction !

must not go to any more sales
This one has made me smile :)

I certainly couldnt stick to this as a resolution .
Would really miss feeling so chuffed and thrilled with a good bargain find .
