Hey there! I’m planning on traveling to New Zealand in July. As I will stay for about a year and travel with a backpack I would like too leave some of the medical equipment (such as infusion sets for my insulin pump etc.) at home and have it sent to New Zealand when I need it. I can’t find any information on official websites whether it’s allowed to send it, how much I’m allowed to send or if / how I have to mark it. I hope you can help me.

Secondly, I tried to figure out if / where on the Arrival Card I have to give information about the insulin and infusion sets I will take with me.

I’m sorry for my language. I’m from Germany but as there’s no such a forum in Germany I wanted to ask you. Thank you very much for your help!

1. Who are you sending it to? Would have thought the German post office could have cleared that

2. NZ customs or the airline

3. Your English is perfect

Hello, neighbour! I'm from the Netherlands, so I don't know how things are in Deutschland. Besides, the last time I travelled by plane is 30 years ago and way before my diagnosis, so I can't help you there either.
So I can only wish you a wonderful time and tell you that I love your user-name :)
Someone will come along who knows more about your questions than I do. Still, thanks for the tag, @Jaylee , nice to see people think I know things! :playful:
