I have not been diagnosed with diabetes, however I think I could be pre diabetic.

I know absolutely nothing about the disease, but did purchase and monitor as I wish to follow a Ketogenic diet.

My fasting reading was not good from reading up it was 8.2mmol.

Any advise on where I can find help on following a ketogenic low carb diet and in particular a coach.

@akd1961 The best thing to do first is to,see a doctor to get some tests and know exactly what you're dealing with. Then you can monitor any improvements as you alter your diet :)

Haha! Love that avatar pic!

Welcome.
If you are specifically looking for keto info, then www.dietdoctor.com has a lot of info, and a huge number of delicious recipes, so well worth checking it out.
The Dietdoctor site has a free, open part, and a pay-per-month part. If you want to see what lies behind the pay wall, then you can sign up for a free initial month, before actually having to shell out for anything.

Another alternative for a basic Keto diet is The New Atkins book. You would have to stay on or near the induction level of carb eating, but it is fairly sustainable IMHO.

As for a coach, can't help you, I am afraid. :)

I eat a keto diet.
Very low carb, 20 or less a day all from above ground veggies, avocado and nuts. MODERATE protein. ( .8 g per kg of ideal body weight ) and enough healthy fats to satisfy. It works fabulously for me but it's not for everyone.

I would follow the above advice, get some tests and look at the diet doctor. Unless you're on meds that effect your insulin low carb should be fine until then.
