Hi guys
Been told that I am pre-diabetic (despite most of my symptoms being that of hypo's) and controlling my life, was left with no info at all from my doc just told to eat less and lose weight (I'm 105kg 5.9') , anyway trying the low carb thing but struggling as there is lot to take in, so far have started getting some stuff in like peanut butter, cheese (always ate loads of that anyway) veggies, berries, crackers, meats, coconut oil
But I am just doing a online shop and need a few more ideas of staples and general ideas (I am reading through the big threads but a bit overwhelmed as loads to take in)
What are the best type of crackers for instance?
Any crisps (this will be a big one as is probably my vice junk food wise rarely eat sweets, chocolate etc) oh and pizza
Any advise on what to add would be much appreciated
