Hi everyone - has anyone got any experience to share on a supplement called Glucoven from Nutreance? It's a US company and [of course!] the comments/reviews sound really impressive, so I'm wondering whether Glucoven does actually help manage glucose levels? many thanks. Jill

Have no experience of anything supplement wise, though in my opinion if any were that good then big pharma would be giving on prescription and none of these thing’s actually work.

Your best medicine is your lifestyle, fresh meat no processed rubbish so chicken, beef, lamb, pork, good high meat sausage, eggs, cheese, full fat Greek yoghurt, fresh cream, healthy oils such as avocado, virgin olive, coconut oil, mayo. Above ground veggies and salads. If you have a sweet tooth 85% chocolate, a few berries with cream, a handful of nuts.

I have to agree with the other poster. Luckily I think you are in Suffolk. If so there are some great farmers markets where quality is truly fab. Stear clear if all the cakes mind and find the producers of meat eggs, raw milk and cream and local veg. It’s a great way to stay healthy -
