Hi Guys and Gals 
Just wanted to say hi from me. Not new to Diabetes, 13 years, does not mean I am running like a well oiled machine
Type 1, 4 injections a day, due to my work.
Levels running at about 9-9.5, not good as said, but am working with my in between meals habits :wink:
I play Golf and love Cycling, so as you can imagine the last month has been a blast as Exercise goes, but have been out on the bike yesterday and playing Golf tomorrow, so looking forward to getting levels and weight back on track.
I use other Forums, Cycling and Golf, no figure, but never been on a Diabetic forum, so looking forward to getting stuck in.
