Hi everyone, I was told today that I have type 2 diabetes and was put on tablets, I don't have a clue what I can have to eat or drink because I don't get to see the nurse/dietician for another two weeks and am looking for advice , I don't have a meter and was wondering if people would recommend I get one ?
