I would guess that the 800 cal lower fat/protein with ~80g carb keeps you out of low carb ketosis, yet doesn't provide enough energy for hard exercise. It won't take much to hit the wall...why can't you run whilst on ND? I started my exercise regime at the same time
I read it's the other way around with very low cal, resting preserves muscle whereas exercise burns muscle for glucoseI dont think you will lose more just keep your muscle whereas without it you may start to get a reduction in muscle mass as your body decides you dont need it
I do walk as well as much as I can and I love cooking food, I cant stay away from kitchen for a single day, if not IT I would have been a chef so it will be very hard but I really want to do this.I'm a designer and like you I sit on my bum all day but I tend to walk everywhere it's best to keep active. If you really do decide to do this you really need to keep active to take your mind off the diet weekends are the worse cause your thinking about food all the time. The first couple of days are the worst but your body adjusts very quickly
100% agree ..light exercise is good for you, being a lounge lizard isn'tI suppose it depends on the amount of exercise.
Latent auto immune diabetes of adulthood - a sort of type1.5.
Hey @The little white hen
How are you coping? Hope the information overload is not getting too much for you.

Once this is finished carry on with a low carb diet for a few months introduce an exercise regime god I miss running. Then have my bloods done see the outcome of that then have a day of a pig out to see how my system is doing
