Hi Rikus here,

I was just diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Came as shock as I did a test in Nov 2020 and everything was fine, did another test end of Jan 2021 after a very serious Covid-19 illness.

Looking forward to learn

Welcome to the family. I was diagnosed recently as well. If you suddenly developed this after the illness, this could be due to steroid injections and some treatment they use for Covid, you may need to search for Dr. Bernstein youtube and search for Covid and diabetes where he has explained it in further detail.

Thank you Zamalik, I did not receive any injections or treatment for Covid, other than over the counter medication and prescribed nausea medication
