ive tried reducing carbs eating more fruit and veg the diabecties is heireditory and the dn thinks body rejecting insulin happy days as my insulin keeps increasingHi angel, you haven't said what you eat. Its not about taking the 'pills' and hoping its going to sort itself out. Have you tried reducing carbs? E.g. potatoes, pasta, rice etc?
am dairy intolerenteWell the fruits you should eating if that's what you choose to do are berries - strawberries, raspberries, blueberries. And the veg should grow above ground, cabbage, broccoli, cauli. Eat more fat in the shape of avocado, cheese, eggs, mayo and real proper cream. You can have bacon and eggs for breakfast or omelettes. Don't give up until you have tried real low carb good fats.
