Newcastle Diet .. again!

<--- Oh dognabbit, you've made me blush now. Thank you, I'm glad my diary helped you.

Those figures are looking better, YEAH YOU!!

I had to cook as well when I was doing the ND, I was fine, just my curry wobble  I just did shakes the first four weeks, and found it harder when I added in a meal, how crazy is that? The ND study does say to have 200 calories of veg, I just... ehm... well... didn't. Perhaps if I had decided to have a meal from the get go, adjusting to adding a meal later, wouldn't have made it so hard, and me so deprived. In January I will do the entire month just shakes though. I must be bl**dy mad

Brilliant work Momble, it's looking good.

I have lactose intolerance and have started minimal carbing recently
But I have been using long term a product by Universal Nutrition called Soy Pro , It has zero carbs
It can be used to make recipes like pancakes using eggs and water.
I use the apple cinnamon flavour which is my favourite. It is a reasonable price and a shake made with water is 121 calories
and using unsweetened soya milk approx 245 calories.

I also use a mixer by MyProtein which you can get in Argos very cheaply for a lump free mix

But I usually just whizz up a batch in the morning with half milk/water+ ice for the whole day.
Sometimes I do a light sprinkle of 100% cocoa powder, or I use the da vinci syrups which are zero calories and carbs,
occasionally I warm my shake in the micro if its cold outside and I feel I need warming up.

There are not many dairy free products out there so I hope this helps someone !
