Not much movement on weight, but my fancy-schmancy scales are showing a 3% reduction in fat.

BG numbers are starting to show a downward trend - FBG was 6.7 this morning and now 6.1. The best news of all, after a very rough day yesterday, where I felt like I could have eaten everything in sight, is that I feel less hungry today.

To cope with yesterday's trials, I let myself have another 100 calories as I didn't want to go to bed hungry.

Today I have home-made tomato soup for lunch and tonight I will allow myself a couple of boiled eggs with my vegetables.

Thanks. I came so close to throwing in the towel yesterday, but once I had the extra 100 calories and felt a bit better I decided to persevere.

If you have to do this, try butter or coconut oil, or double cream in a sugar-free drink as they will have a very limited affect on BG.

All the best @Tabbyjoolz, pretty good progress in only 4 days - very encouraging.

    I wish you well.
