Would like to do the ND but at a miserable 7 stone I really can't afford to lose and more weight. I was 8 and three quarter stone (hovered between 8 and and a half and just under 9, never let myself get to 9!) before diagnosis which was the right weight for me but am now verging on the critically underweight I am told and I can't get any support from anyone to try it. I have now stopped having an evening meal, just breakfast and lunch, and my BS is better than it was but still not brilliant; any ideas anyone? I low carb and eat plenty of protein and some fat but I do find things like Greek yogurt tend to raise my BS too high and I don't like fatty meats etc. I use coconut oil for cooking my veg and eat a lot of eggs as I have some ex battery hens. Be grateful for ides on how I could sort of do the ND as I think it would work for me diabetes waie but not physically. I also have a hip replacement in 4 weeks (and the other one after that) so can't be too thin!!!
