Newcastle diet?

Hi,Mvahid. and Welcome. @douglas99 may help you with information as He is putting the Newcastle diet to test I believe.
With a bit of luck he should be along soon.
Best of luck in whatever you decide, yet take your time making sure what you think or do is best for you.

The newcastle diet is effectively a very low calorie (subsistance) diet to force your body to remove the fat from your organs with the intention of reversing type 2 diabetes. You do not have to follow the shales as was done in the trials but the advantage in them is that they provide you with the nutrients you need to stay healthy.

You can read my 3 month journey where I basically did this when I was diagnosed and took my HbA1c from very high to normal in 3 months and they have remain (actually got better) since even with me increasing my carb levels back to fairly high levels. Click on the first link in my signature.

I would thoroughly recommend trying it as it is a few weeks of the rest of your life so what do you have to lose.
