Hi, guys, I'm new here and have just started the Newcastle diet (I'm on day 2) I have a question though that I can't seem to find the answer to online. Am I allowed to drink squash whilst on the plan, I don't really like the taste of plain water so I've been adding sugar-free/or low sugar orange squash. Is that ok? Has anyone else done this?
