- Greedy Humans.....greedy animals I don't mind. I do like meat and fish but choose not to eat it!
Started Newcastle Diet early August 2013.
Stopped after 12 days as fasting levels reached low fours.
Went form 11 ¾ stone to 10.
Stopped 2x500g metformin at start of diet so no meds for 3 months now.
Lowest HBAC1 with meds was 6.7
Lowest cholesterol was 5.1
Nurse just called with HBAC1. 6.4 Cholesterol 4.4.
Don’t need any drugs now but will check again in 6 months.
Current weight 10 stone 9.
Might stop my support for Man UTD and switch to the Magpies .
