Yes it is exhilarating, but I have no intention of treating myself. I'm very focused and am on a mission to get even better results next time. Diabetes is a huge part of my life, but by hook or by crook I'll have it by the scruff of its neck.

Bullies, discrimination of any kind, bad manners, parents who let their kids run amok & spoil things for everyone else, unkind spiteful people, being a clumsy clod, toast crumbs in the bed, cold feet!!
