My 3 monthly test came back 18.3 then after a week on Met and straight into low carb was 16.2 and following week 12.8.Now into single figures but still work to be done. Did you receive a 3 month H1 reading? Mine was 121 so yours may have been bit higher?
From reading here seems most start off in the 80s and 90s so I'd say we are in the higher end of things? The good news is you found your way here and can make positive changes.Takes a bit to adjust to T2 and Low Carb is the key to it all.Good luck.
