@Winnie-the-Pooh Have you looked at dietdoctor.com? Or googled a food with keto,or low carb in the search. Loads of low carb websites out there. Some better than others. Just be aware of its location so you get the carb info right. The Americans and the Europeans including the U.K. all count net carbs as standard so no deductions of fibRE required. USA list total and then subtract fibER.
Also loads of Facebook recipe and support groups and Pinterest. Most foods have a low carb version. Some better imo, some nothing like the original, some hard to tell the difference. It’s all about finding replacement foods for me - but not necessarily trying to be the same thing. Just so long as they are tasty.
flour wise coconut and almond flour are the most common alternatives. But amounts aren’t a straight swap so use a recipe or look up comparison amounts. “Mug cakes” using coconut flour and without baking powder are quite scone like imo.
